Payment can be made online, by post or by gift vouchers. Cheques should be made payable to A. Kerr
Cancellations
One day classes & demonstrations
A minimum of one weeks notice is required
If you do not give the minimum amount of notice, half the booking fee will be refunded in the form of Gift Vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed by booking future classes courses or demonstrations with Art Studio (These vouchers are not transferable)
Courses
If you are unable to attend single sessions of the course, no refund will be made. If you are unable to attend the whole course a minimum of one weeks notice from the start of the course is required. If you do not give the minimum amount of notice, half the course fee will be refunded in the form of giftvouchers. These Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by booking future classes, courses or demonstrations with Art Studio (These vouchers are not transferrable)
If no contact is made before the start of the class, course or demonstration, no part of the booking fee can be refunded.
Cancellations by us
In the very unusual event that classes, courses or demonstrations are cancelled by us, the booking fee will be refunded in full
Materials and Equipment
Watercolour and pastel classes - Easels and drawingboards only supplied.
Health & Safety
Attendees are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Paint can stain clothing and we can not take responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing or property

Terms and conditions for commissioned work
I retain the reproduction/copy rights of my artwork: No drawing may be copied, reproduced or published in any way without my permision. I reserve the right to use a scan of my work on my website or for advertising purposes. If you decide not to purchase the finished commissioned painting, I retain the rights that allow me to sell the original painting, also to reproduce the painting by manual, electronic or digital means in order to sell copies in any form. Please make sure that you have read, understood and agreed with the Terms & ConditionsBooking conditions come into effect as soon as your booking has been accepted
